Always roll from the centre of the face outwards and always in one direction only, not back and forth. Repeat the same motion 4-5 times in each area.Use daily for best results.
Do not use on irritated or damaged skin. Wipe clean with a soft and damp cloth. Always clean your massager before and after use. Retain packaging for future reference.
